Our company is one of the bigger employers in this area… we like to hire local. To be honest, we’ve had a bit of a problem with the Record of Achievement people are bringing with them to interviews. We can’t always tell what they can do. Can they think creatively? Can they work well in a team? Are they innovative? I wonder if the ‘powers that be’ can make that more useful for us?
What if we reshaped the Record of Achievement into a Digital CV that people can add to … and what if we use that to give a fuller picture of what learners have learned both in and out of school?
